We install piled foundations for house extensions, new builds, conservatories and light commercial projects — ensuring every pile is driven correctly, safely and to structural specification.
We also undertake underpinning works using either piled underpinning systems or traditional mass fill, depending on what the ground conditions dictate.
We work closely with homeowners, builders and structural engineers to minimise excavation where possible and provide practical solutions for difficult ground conditions, sloping sites or the presence of underground services.
If you already have structural drawings, we can quote directly from them. Alternatively, we work alongside an experienced structural engineer who can design your foundation and provide the full set of structural calculations required for Building Control approval. For underpinning projects, we always recommend a structural engineer assesses the property to determine precisely which areas require support.
In most extension projects, excavation has already taken place before piling is identified as necessary. We install the piles, fix the reinforcement cages, and concrete the foundation — leaving the project ready for the next stage of construction.

What we do
Mini Piling
Has your builder or building control officer said your new building needs to be piled?This is where we come in, send us your plans or dimensions by email/whatsapp or a phone call and we can usually give you a price within the day, maybe immediately for an extension.
Underpinning
Have you got signs of subsidence? It is usually noticed by cracks in masonry or your plastered walls. You may also notice it with your floors being out of level or your heads and cills on your windows not being level. If you have then your building may need underpinning.
We can mass fill or underpin utilising piles.

For most domestic work we use the Grundomat mole, ideal for small diameter piles and tight access sites. For larger projects, piling rigs can be used where required.
